Eden Prairie is a significant suburb of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and contained a pair of railroads.
The Minneapolis & St. Louis had a line connecting Minneapolis to Albert Lea, which is now a trail.
The Milwaukee Road mainline to Seattle crossed through Eden Prairie, which is now the Twin Cities & Western.
